From Manheim Consulting on Friday: Wholesale costs for used automobiles see sharp decline once more in September
Used car wholesale costs (on a blended, mileage and seasonally adjusted foundation) decreased by 3.0% in September in comparison with August. Manheim’s used car worth index fell to 204.5 and is now down 0.1% from a 12 months in the past. The unadjusted value change in September was a 2.1% decline from August, pushing the unadjusted common value down 2.3% year-over-year.
