Job vacancies fell to 10.7 million in June 2022

The variety of job openings fell by 605,000 to 10.7 million on the final enterprise day of June 2022. Hirings and whole departures had been little modified at 6.4 million and 5.9 million, respectively .

The drop in job postings in June was the most important drop since April 2020, on the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the third greatest drop since June 2017. The largest enhance throughout this era was is produced in July 2021, when job postings jumped from 931,000 to 10.8 million.
