MINGO MEETING ATTENDEES — JO Henry, Commander of the Richmond American Legion Publish 740 Honored Seven, was the visitor speaker on the September assembly of the GFWC Lady’s Membership of Mingo Junction. It was launched by Shelly Bateman. — Contributed
MINGO JUNCTION — The GFWC Ladies’s Membership of Mingo Junction held its September assembly at Bay 6 in Mingo Junction.
Co-Chair Stephanie Rouse chaired the assembly, welcomed and led the members within the membership fundraiser, which was adopted by the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
The opening prayer was delivered by Shelly Bateman, who launched visitor speaker JO Henry, who grew up within the Irondale space, is married with three sons and a granddaughter.
He served 27 years within the Military and Military Reserves, retiring with the rank of 1st Sergeant. Henry is Commander of the Richmond American Legion Publish 740, Honored Seven, and has completed in depth analysis to establish who “Seven Honored” had been.
Henry spoke in regards to the Structure and Federalist paperwork along with the patriotacademy.com web site, noting that it’s a good supply of details about the Structure and its biblical foundation. A query and reply interval adopted.

Rouse gave the treasurer’s report. It was introduced that the draw will happen on the December assembly.
A dialogue happened on the resale of Rada merchandise. It was filed till a later date.
Rouse, president, reported on the Wreaths Throughout America membership undertaking. A wreath prices $15. The wreaths shall be Dwelling Balsam Wreaths and shall be positioned on veterans’ graves at Oakland Cemetery in Mingo Junction on Dec. 17.
Rouse and Janet Petrella offered refreshments. Roetta Lewis was in control of the decorations. For the reason that speaker spoke in regards to the Structure, a patriotic theme was used.
The following assembly shall be October 13 at Bay 6.
